The most flexible way of organising activities is through the use of the tagging option.
Tagging is a powerful way for trainees to define custom sections for filtering activities. Each activity can be tagged multiple times, either using some of the default suggestions or by creating tags.
As you type your tags, suggestions will appear in a drop down box. One of the predefined tags can be selected or a new tag can be created; just keep typing and then use the comma to lock it in.
Now, when viewing the activities as a list, any tags in use can be seen at the top of the activities list.
There may be times when you want to hide the list of tags. This can be done using the toggle 'Show Tag Filters'.
Effective use of tags can help to easily find activities that relate to a particular subject.
Here are some of the suggested tags you might use for an activity which falls under the following Main Learning Situations:
Specialist Meeting - Line Manager, Occupational Hygienist, Union Representative, Disability Employment Advisor etc.
Evidence Based Practice - Journal Club, Literature Review, Self-Directed Learning
Healthcare Governance - Critical Incident Analysis
